CIO Women Magazine Features Patricia Delinois as One of "The Most Influential Women Leaders in Real Estate"

Patricia Delinois, often referred to as the “Unofficial Queen of Miami,” has earned this title through decades of influence, dedication, and a deep connection with the city she has called home for many years. Her journey in Miami has been marked by significant milestones, from serving as the President of the Miami Association of Realtors to becoming a prominent figure in various social causes and charities.

With over 36,000 personal contacts on her phone and a social media following exceeding two million, Patricia has become a well-known name in real estate and across many platforms and industries. Her influence has grown organically, fueled by her passion for making the world a better place and her involvement in various causes that resonate with many.

Patricia’s entry into real estate was rooted in her upbringing. Born in Canada, she moved frequently during her early years, which exposed her to different cultures and languages. After living in Panama, Central America, her family eventually settled in Miami when she was 17. Real estate was always a part of her life; her grandfather’s passion for buying and selling properties in California and New York piqued her interest early on.

“I was inspired by his enthusiasm,” Patricia recalls. “I quickly immersed myself in the real estate industry and obtained my license. Then I began buying, renovating, and flipping homes.”
