Dezer Development has driven its Porsche Design Tower in Sunny Isles Beach across the finish line, having received its temporary certificate of occupancy (TCO).
The developer also closed three condo sales for more than $11 million.
The building made headlines for its “Dezervator,” an automobile lift system that delivers cars directly to the condos. It also features plunge pools and summer kitchens on the balconies of most units.
“After watching the tower come to life over these past few years, it is an especially proud and stunning moment to debut the first-ever Porsche Design Tower,” Dezer Development President Gil Dezer said. “Without a doubt, Porsche Design Tower’s unsurpassed technological and design elements have redefined the world of luxury as we know it. We have a lot of excited residents that we cannot wait to welcome.”
The developer said it has sold 126 of the 132 units at 18555 Collins Ave. Two of the six remaining units are four-level penthouses of 19,403 square feet each. They are listed at $32.5 million.
Dezer Development said the sellout of the project would be around $840 million. It has already repaid the $214 million construction loan.
